2024 Ballot Request T&C’s

Please complete the form HERE to submit your 2024 Camping and Touring Booking Request. Only one request form per booking is allowed for each set of dates you would like to book, but the amount of request forms is not restricted. If you or a member of your party have already submitted a request, submitting a new request for the same dates will replace the previous one.

For group bookings, please nominate one party to be the lead party of the group booking. Once the lead has completed the request form, they will receive a 4-digit reference which will need to be entered on to all following request forms that are part of the group.

Amendments to your request form can be made up until midnight of the 30th October 2023 by logging into your Customer Portal and editing the request form.

Information

Your booking will be processed week commencing 30th October 2023. This can take up to 2 weeks. At this point, you will receive an email from us telling you if you have been successful or not with your request. To confirm your booking, you will then need to log into our Customer Portal and pay your deposit of 25% (or a minimum of £50). The remaining balance will be due 42 days prior to your holiday start date.

Whilst every endeavor will be made to meet all our customer's requirements, we do receive a very high demand for some pitches, and these will be allocated on a 'first out the hat' basis. Should your top three pitches not be available, we will allocate you a pitch based on the further questions on the request form. In the event that there are no pitches that meet your requirements, you will receive an email stating that you were unsuccessful.

Date and Pitch Details

Beach Front and Premium Plus pitches are available from Saturday 4th May until Saturday 28th September and are bookable for 7-night Sat - Sat stays only. Premium Pitches are available for the whole season (22nd March – 2nd November) and are also bookable for 7-night Sat – Sat stays only.

Standard and Non-Electric pitches allow more flexible stays during off-peak but are still subject to a 7-night minimum stay Sat-Sat during the peak dates of 25th May – 1st June and 20th July – 31st August. We also have pitches with a Wednesday changeover for 7-nights only from the 10th July until the 28th August. These are all in the W field so select pitches beginning with W.

Pitches take a maximum of 6 people. People numbers and extras information will need to be inputted when confirming your pitch in November.

Please Note: The booking request form is for ALL touring pitches and for the duration of the season. Holiday Homes can be booked a calendar year in advance – if you wish to book a Holiday Home for 2024 please telephone us on 01726 843 485.
